As per box office news reports, the film’s worldwide box-office haul is now close to USD 2.5 billion, thus making it the highest-grossing film of 2026 and the third highest-grossing film of all time.

‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ is now expected to become available to buy or rent digitally from October 6. The film is then expected to arrive on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD on November 17. The October 6 digital date has been reported by various entertainment outlets; however, an official announcement from Sony is still awaited.News about the digital release comes just days after rumours ran wild about the film’s OTT release possibly being delayed until 2027, owing to the consistent box office performance of the film, as it continues to still rake in the big bucks from its screenings, nearly two months post its release. Reports had indicated that the film is scheduled to remain in theatres until November 16, thus delaying its subsequent streaming window.
